We’re Hiring: Modern Trade Sales Representative ???? Cairo, Egypt Are you experienced in handling Modern Trade accounts and looking for your next career step in a growing FMCG business? We are looking for a highly motivated Modern Trade Sales Representative with solid experience managing key retail chains and supermarkets in Egypt. This role is ideal for candidates coming from FMCG backgrounds such as shelf-stable food, beverages, pet food, household, personal care, or other non-food categories — as long as you have real hands-on Modern Trade experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow sales across Modern Trade accounts and retail chains • Build strong relationships with buyers, branch managers, and key decision makers • Follow up on listings, orders, stock levels, visibility, and promotional execution • Negotiate shelf space, displays, and in-store activations to maximize brand presence • Monitor competitors, pricing, and market activities • Ensure excellent execution at store level and achievement of sales targets • Coordinate with merchandising, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Modern Trade sales within FMCG • Experience dealing with chains such as Carrefour, Spinneys, Metro, Seoudi, Hyper One, etc. • Strong understanding of listing, negotiations, promotions, and shelf management • Good relationships within the Modern Trade sector is a strong advantage • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills • Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented personality What We Offer: • Competitive salary package • Attractive incentive scheme • Career growth opportunity within a fast-growing company • Dynamic and professional working environment????
