Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by offering professional advice and tailored property solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing market analysis, recommending investment opportunities, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires cultivating trustworthy relationships with clients and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of Property Management practices and Investment strategies Understanding of Finance principles as they relate to real estate transactions Ability to analyze market trends and provide well-informed recommendations Experience in a sales-driven or consulting environment is advantageous Proficiency in CRM software or other relevant technology tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field is preferred
