Job Summary:Drive sales growth and expand distributor coverage through effective management of direct sales distribution, and distributor partnerships, while ensuring alignment on channel programmes, trade offers, stock management, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Distribution & Coverage Growth Grow distributor coverage through both direct sale distribution Identify and develop new distribution points Develop and execute regional coverage plans aligned to national sales targets Monitor and report on coverage metrics and distribution quality across the region Channel Communication & Activity Execution Ensure clear and accurate communication of channel programmes and trade offers to relevant channels and customers Follow up on the implementation of trade activities and promotions in the region Work closely with the trade marketing team to drive execution quality Manage in-store visibility and brand standards across all distribution points Distributor Management & Stock Control Coordinate with the regional distributor on monthly orders and stock planning Maintain healthy stock levels in the region to avoid shortages and overstocks Review distributor sell-out data and provide insights to the commercial team Address distributor concerns and ensure alignment on business objectives Market Intelligence & Reporting Conduct regular market visits to gather intelligence on customers, competitors and trade conditions Share periodic market updates with the National Sales Manager and commercial team Prepare and submit regular regional performance and coverage reports Track and analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and address gaps

Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or related field
Minimum Experience:5+ years sales or distribution management experience in automotive lubricants or related industry; 2+ years in a regional or managerial role
