Software (Maintenance) Support Engineer Roles & Responsibilities User management including gathering requirement Application support in troubleshooting, analysis and recovery Design/Execute the test cases, scripts and scenarios Perform functional/integration/system test Requirements Degree in a computer related or IT systems. (Possible to apply if complete the course related compute or IT) Excellent at English Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent team player and passion for Software Support Engineer and Customer Service Prefer fresh graduated or less than 2 years working experience (Military service must be exempted) Remark CV must be in English Working Place: Alexandria, Egypt
