Venecia Designs is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy building relationships, understanding client needs, and turning conversations into opportunities — we’d love to hear from you.
About the Job:You will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, understanding project requirements, following up on leads, and guiding clients through the journey from inquiry to closing while delivering a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Follow up with inbound leads and potential clients• Understand client needs and recommend suitable services• Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups• Build strong relationships with clients• Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth communication• Track leads and update sales progress• Contribute to achieving sales targets
Requirements:• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Professional attitude and client-focused mindset• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
Qualifications:• 1–2 years of experience in sales (Interior Design / Real Estate is a plus)• Bachelor’s degree is preferred• Good communication in Arabic & English• CRM or sales systems knowledge is a plus
