THE ROLEOwns all fieldwork execution across MENA: logistics, freelance teams, quality control, incentive payments, scheduling. Operationally manages the source database as a system administrator and supporting the field efforts whenever needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Recruit, brief, and manage freelance Country Field Captains in UAE, KSA, Egypt, Iraq and Turkey• Build and maintain the freelance bench: moderators, recruiters, transcribers, translators• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for fieldwork quality• Manage project timelines, fieldwork budgets, and respondent incentive payments• Quality-assure all transcripts, field reports, and recordings before analyst handoff• Co-operate the source database with Panel & Knowledge Ops

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• 5+ years in fieldwork operations within market research• MENA fieldwork experience non-negotiable• Strong project management and operational discipline• Healthcare experience is a strong plus• Fluent Arabic and English
