Job Summary
Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager are both responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within the assigned region to achieve company sales targets, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships. The role requires strong experience in the food industry, preferably in sauces and pasta products, with the ability to manage sales teams, distributors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage and supervise sales representatives and branch sales activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the assigned region.
- Ensure proper product distribution and market coverage across the region.
- Follow up on sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve collection targets and monitor customers’ credit status.
- Coordinate with marketing and production departments to support sales activities and promotions.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate the sales team to improve overall performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for company products.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and sales procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
