Job description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer/Webmaster to enhance our team at Hayati Home Garden. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in graphic design, experience using Adobe Photoshop or Canva, and a good understanding of managing e-commerce websites and platforms.

This role is not limited to image editing or creating banners; it also includes Webmaster tasks such as managing website content, updating products, monitoring pages, and ensuring that content is displayed correctly on the site and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Create attractive designs and high-quality visuals for the company’s products online, social media, and other digital platforms.

Edit and process images using Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Add and update products on the e-commerce site regularly.

Manage website content and ensure proper organization of pages, images, and information.

Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to ensure content quality and visual communication.

Monitor product details, images, prices, and descriptions on the site.

Assist in improving user experience within the site as needed.

Requirements

The candidate must have a laptop or personal computer with an Intel Core i5 or equivalent processor and a minimum of 4 GB RAM.

Reliable internet connection to ensure smooth remote work.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates should be graduates from a college or institute in a field related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or any closely related specialization in computer and web fields.

Good experience in using Adobe Photoshop or Canva.

Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Basic understanding of e-commerce and online sales concepts.

Ability to manage and update website content.

Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company guidelines.

Quick learning ability and adaptability to new tools and technologies.

Working Hours

This is a full-time position requiring 9 hours daily from Monday to Friday.

Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Note

During the interview process, we will verify the specifications of the laptop or personal computer to ensure compliance with the requirements, including the ability to use Photoshop or Canva to create banners and edit images.

We will also assess the level of English language proficiency, as well as the ability to handle website management tasks, update products, and organize content, since the role includes Webmaster tasks and is not limited to design or image editing.
