Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute all aspects of personnel administration, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring meticulous record-keeping and data integrity.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement, utilizing our advanced Payroll and ERP Systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations, acting as a key point of contact for related inquiries.
- Support recruitment efforts by managing administrative tasks, preparing contracts, and facilitating a smooth candidate experience.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively communicated and consistently applied across the organization.
- Provide expert advice and support to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite extensively for reporting, presentations, and general administrative tasks, demonstrating strong proficiency.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Human Resources (HR) principles, expertise in Personnel Management, and hands-on experience with Payroll Processing and Social Insurance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential, alongside practical experience with Payroll System Management and ERP Systems. A solid understanding of HR Policies & Procedures and excellent Communication skills are also key.
