We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. In this role, you will define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, manage the product backlog, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
 

Overview : 

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for translating business goals into clear product strategies and actionable development plans. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to maximize product value, improve user experience, and drive continuous product growth.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are clear, actionable, and business-driven.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, marketing, and engineering teams to gather requirements and align priorities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead Agile product processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and provide exceptional user value.
   

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support product decisions.
• Technical background or familiarity with software development processes is highly preferred.
