Data Entry & Operations Support Specialist (Remote – Egypt Supporting KSA Operations)
Job Responsibilities:
• Review, clean, and update company data accurately in internal systems and databases
• Identify and correct duplicate, missing, or inaccurate records
• Maintain organized and updated data files and documentation
• Enter financial data including invoices, payments, and transaction records into ERP systems
• Verify data consistency and ensure compliance with company standards
• Generate reports and support data validation processes
• Coordinate with KSA teams to resolve data discrepancies
• Support accounting operations and administrative data management tasks
• Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
• Assist in improving workflow efficiency in a remote work environment
Work Location:
Remote / Possible Onsite
Based in Egypt – Supporting KSA Operations
Requirements:
• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, data cleaning, or administrative support
• Accounting background is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
• Experience with Google Sheets
• ERP or accounting systems experience (Odoo or similar is a plus)
• Experience maintaining databases or CRM systems
