Role Description* Proven experience as a Reel Maker or Video Content Creator* Ability to create engaging and trendy short-form videos* Proficiency in video editing apps such as Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar* Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content* Ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality reels* Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills* Knowledge of transitions, sound syncing, and visual effects* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines* Strong attention to detail and creativity* Team player with good communication skills* Experience in beauty or skincare content is a plus
Qualifications Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and performance optimization Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
