Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. The role involves planning and cooking dishes, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, optimizing food production processes, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional meals. The Chef De Partie will also work to uphold the culinary vision of the establishment and contribute to innovative menu development.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, ensuring exceptional dish quality. Strong understanding of Hygiene practices and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Proficient in Culinary Skills, including knowledge of various cooking techniques and recipes. Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail under fast-paced kitchen conditions. Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. A culinary degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred. Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
