Role Description* Proven experience as an E-Commerce Specialist or similar role* Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar* Ability to upload and manage products, prices, and inventory* Strong understanding of online sales and customer experience* Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing* Good analytical and reporting skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets* Strong organizational and time management skills* Attention to detail and ability to multitask* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines* Strong communication and teamwork skills
Qualifications Proficiency in E-Commerce and Sales strategies Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and performance optimization Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and online advertising is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
