Role Description We are seeking a full-time Telesales Agent to join our on-site team in Qesm 1st Nasser City. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote services, managing customer inquiries, and identifying sales opportunities. Key tasks include providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients. Customer Service and Customer Support experience to provide high-quality assistance and resolve inquiries efficiently. Sales skills and techniques, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals. Ability to learn and adapt during Training sessions to enhance performance and knowledge of offered services. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team environment. Proficiency in record-keeping and using CRM tools is a plus. Prior experience as a Telesales Agent or in a related role is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in sales or marketing being an added benefit.
