Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in New Cairo. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing both blue-collar and white-collar recruitment, employee relations, and overall HR operations across the factory and administrative departments. The role focuses heavily on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention—particularly for factory workers, technicians, supervisors, office staff, and management positions. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing personnel administration, handling employee benefits, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor laws, and supporting training and development initiatives. The HR Specialist will work closely with department heads to improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen company culture, and ensure efficient HR processes that support both operational and business growth. Qualifications Strong expertise in Human Resources and HR Management practices Proven experience in blue-collar recruitment (factory workers, technicians, supervisors) and white-collar hiring (administration, sales, management, etc.) Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent acquisition Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies to ensure compliance and efficiency Experience in managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Administration Comprehensive knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and social insurance regulations Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Proficient in using HR software and recruitment platforms Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in manufacturing, furniture, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
