Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Furniture Sales role based in New Cairo. The Furniture Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting furniture, providing product knowledge, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include meeting sales goals, maintaining the showroom's appearance, identifying customer needs, and guiding them through their purchase journey to ensure satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and current trends in the furniture industry.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and address their needs. Previous experience in Retail Sales or Sales, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Knowledge of Furniture products, trends, and interior design concepts is highly desirable. Ability to build relationships and establish trust with customers. Motivated, results-driven, and dedicated to ensuring a positive customer experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is beneficial.
