Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, based in Cairo. The Senior Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for leading electrical system designs, developing detailed schematics, and ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with other engineering disciplines, overseeing power distribution projects, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality guidelines in all designs. The role also involves reviewing and optimizing electrical systems to promote efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Electrical Design and Design Engineering.8+ years of experience is a MUST. BIM Modeling is a MUST. Proficiency in Electrical Engineering concepts and practical application of electricity principles Experience in Power Distribution system analysis, planning, and implementation Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to optimize designs for efficiency and safety Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proficiency in relevant design and simulation software Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous experience in industrial or large-scale commercial projects is preferred Familiarity with local and international electrical codes and standards
