Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer with experience in the steel industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, technical sales support, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets and business growth. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads and identify potential clients within the steel and construction sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers. Conduct sales visits, client meetings, and technical presentations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales opportunities. Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering2–4 years of experience in sales engineering within the steel or manufacturing industry. Strong experience in lead generation and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements. Good command of English.
