Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Cairo. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing clerical tasks, handling phone communications, assisting with executive-level administrative needs, and maintaining organized records. The role also involves coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and supporting day-to-day office operations with professionalism and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Strong Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
