Senior UI/UX Designer : Full-Time We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our established UX team as a full-time team member. This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual design skills with solid product thinking, especially for Saa S products, dashboards, web applications, and complex user flows. About the Role As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing clean, modern, and practical user experiences across different types of digital products. You will turn business requirements and user needs into well-structured, scalable, and visually polished interfaces. We are looking for someone creative, solution-oriented, and comfortable working through feedback and iterations. Responsibilities Design high-quality website interfaces, web applications, Saa S products, dashboards, and internal systems. Translate complex requirements into simple, clear, and usable user experiences. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and UI specifications. Build, use, and maintain design systems, components, and reusable patterns. Collaborate closely with the team and team leader to deliver high-quality designs. Handle feedback professionally and iterate on designs when needed. Maintain consistency, usability, and visual quality across screens and product modules. Provide practical design solutions, not only visual outputs. Manage time and design tasks efficiently to deliver work within agreed timelines. Work across different types of projects and adapt to different business domains. Requirements5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design. Strong portfolio showing website interfaces, web applications, dashboards, Saa S products, or complex digital platforms(ERP is a plus). Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and usability. Experience working with design systems and component-based design. Excellent UI craft, including layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and attention to detail. Solid experience using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration. Experience working within a team environment alongside product and development teams. Basic understanding of front-end development limitations and what is technically feasible (is a plus) Ability to receive, discuss, and apply feedback professionally. Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose alternative design solutions. Ability to work on multiple project types with different requirements and priorities. Good communication skills and ownership mindset.
