Job Summary
The Partnership Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, corporations, insurance companies, pharmacies, influencers, and external organizations to support business growth, increase patient acquisition, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential partners within the healthcare sector. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, insurance providers, and corporate accounts. Negotiate partnership agreements and collaboration terms. Coordinate partnership campaigns, activations, and events. Generate new business opportunities and referral channels. Follow up on partnership performance and ensure targets are achieved. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns smoothly. Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and reports. Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities. Ensure all partnerships align with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.1–3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management. Experience in healthcare, clinics, wellness, or medical field is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Good presentation and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is a plus.
