Job Summary:We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Travel Advisor to assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and travel-related services. The ideal candidate will provide personalized travel solutions, ensure excellent customer experiences, and support clients throughout their travel journey. Key Responsibilities:• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel package bookings• Provide travel recommendations based on customer preferences and budgets• Create customized travel itineraries and plans• Guide clients regarding visa requirements, travel policies, and documentation• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online channels• Resolve booking issues and customer concerns professionally• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately• Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction• Support upselling and cross-selling of travel services when applicable Requirements:• Previous experience in travel, tourism, customer service, or sales is preferred• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills• Good English communication skills• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and reservation systems Preferred Qualifications:• Tourism, Hospitality, or related educational background• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus• Experience dealing with international customers
