Software Testing Lead (QA Automation & Integration)
Role Objective:Responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end testing strategy, ensuring that re-codingthe 200 services does not introduce logic regression and meets quality standards at scale. Key Responsibilities:● Define, design, and oversee the automated testing strategy for all new microservices,ensuring high coverage and reliability.● Lead Data Parity Testing efforts to ensure Postgres outputs are fully aligned with SQL Server results.● Establish and govern "Consumer-Driven Contract Testing" practices to manage andvalidate inter-service dependencies.● Guide and mentor QA engineers, ensuring best practices in automation, test design,and execution. Must-Haves:● Strong experience in API testing (Postman, Newman, or Rest Assured).● Proficiency in UI automation (Playwright or Cypress).● Advanced SQL skills to validate data migration integrity and ensure data consistency.
