The Role We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Landscape Design Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our design team. You will receive site survey data from our Site Engineers and transform it into compelling landscape designs — from concept through detailed drawings and client presentations. You will be expected to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance your design workflow, boost productivity, and deliver higher-quality outputs in less time.
Key Responsibilities Receive and interpret site survey data, measurements, photographs, and topographic information from Site Engineers Develop landscape concept designs, master plans, and detailed design drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects Prepare planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigation designs, and lighting schemes Create 3D visualizations, renders, and presentations for client review and approval Utilize AI tools for design ideation, plant selection, render enhancement, image generation, and workflow automation to accelerate project delivery Research and select plant species, materials, and finishes suitable for local climate and project requirements Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants to integrate landscape design into overall project plans Translate client briefs and site data into creative, practical landscape solutions Maintain and organize a design library of materials, plant palettes, and reference projects Prepare and hand over complete design packages for execution and quantity takeoffs Continuously explore and adopt new AI and digital tools to improve design quality and efficiency Requirements Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Fine Arts (with design specialization), or Urban Planning / Urban Design Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape design Strong proficiency in Auto CAD (required) Proficiency in at least one 3D visualization tool: Lumion, Sketch Up, Rhino, Revit, or 3ds Max Hands-on experience or strong willingness to use AI tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, AI-assisted rendering tools) to enhance design workflows Strong design sense with a solid portfolio of landscape projects Good knowledge of plant species, hardscape materials, irrigation principles, and outdoor lighting Ability to interpret site survey data and translate it into accurate design documentation Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office; Adobe Suite is a plus Growth mindset with a passion for technology and continuous learning What We Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience An AI-integrated work environment with access to modern design and productivity tools Opportunity to lead the design of diverse, high-profile landscape projects A collaborative, innovation-driven culture that encourages experimentation Career development and hands-on mentorship from senior leadership
