Responsibilities Develop and oversee comprehensive MEP planning schedules for high-rise construction projects. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems. Review and validate MEP design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and codes. Monitor progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts related to MEP activities on site. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for MEP planning and execution. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project stakeholders outlining MEP planning status and forecasts. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and planning team members to enhance overall performance and skills. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP planning with a focus on high-rise building projects. Proficiency in project management and planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes. Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
