We are hiring an Associate Retail Account Manager to manage vendor relationships, improve product availability, and drive business growth across multiple marketplaces. In this role, you will resolve buy-ability issues, expand product selection, and support vendors in optimizing their performance. You will also identify new vendor opportunities, promote key programs, and ensure a strong vendor experience through effective communication and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities Resolve buy-ability defects and ensure vendors’ items are live and optimized on the platform. Identify and prospect new vendors through cold outreach, events, and market research. Manage business transactions with tier 2 and 3 vendors at scale across multiple countries. Drive selection expansion and improve vendor business terms to support growth. Own vendor communication via calls and emails to enhance long-term self-sufficiency. Source and execute promotional opportunities, including deals and sponsored ads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve vendor management processes. Ensure high product availability through proactive problem-solving and follow-up.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in account management, retail operations, or e-commerce. Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail marketplace dynamics. Experience working with vendor/seller accounts is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong customer-obsessed mindset.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with listing or catalogue management. Previous exposure to marketplace tools (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central, CRM). Experience supporting Amazon-related businesses or agencies is a plus.
