Job title: Planning and Performance Lead Location: Industrial Area - October
Job Responsibilities Plan production and check factory capacity Track performance (KPIs) and prepare reports Make sure production matches sales demand Work with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams Support budgeting and cost control Help improve processes and reduce waste Track employee and team performance data
Job Qualifications Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)3–5 years of experience in planning or operations in a factory/industrial company Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis Power BI is a plus Experience with ERP systems is preferred
