  • Planning, organizing, directing and supervising the employees and workers of production and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of the production processes.
  • Setting the daily plans for the items to be produced according to the weekly Plan.
  • send the weekly production plan to high management depending on forecast received from the sales department.
  • Full supervision of the inputs and outputs of production processes and application of quality standards and procedures in place in the company and documentation of production processes.
  • Identify raw material requirements and prepare orders for production process inputs.
  • Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards in the factory.
  • Follow-up maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and reporting to Maintenance team.
  • Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
  • Reporting on all aspects of the process of production and achievements and failures to the direct manager
  • Commitment to achieve and achieve the objectives of the management and implementation of key performance indicators required KPIs
