  • Servo is a premium mobile automotive service company providing on-demand maintenance, diagnostics, battery services, emergency support, and mechanical repairs across Cairo.
  • We are looking for a skilled and professional Field Service Engineer – Automotive to join our growing mobile operations team.
  • The engineer will be responsible for:
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles on-site
  • Performing battery replacement and electrical diagnostics
  • Conducting periodic maintenance and mechanical inspections
  •  Handling emergency roadside assistance requests
  • Using diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues
  • Communicating professionally with customers
  • Ensuring high service quality and fast response times
  • Supporting operations and maintaining equipment inside the service vehicle
  • The role involves working directly with customers at homes, workplaces, and roadside locations.
  • Experience with German vehicles such as BMW and Mercedes-Benz is a strong advantage
