- Review and approve engineering designs for Electrical Power, Low Current, HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Prepare and review Shop Drawings and coordinate approvals with project consultants.
- Supervise site execution and ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure proper coordination between mechanical and electrical systems to avoid conflicts with architectural and structural works.
- Review technical and financial offers from subcontractors and monitor supplier performance.
- Lead Testing & Commissioning processes before final project handover.
- Prepare periodic technical progress reports and identify technical challenges with practical solutions.
