About the Company

Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently through phone, email, remote access, or in-person support Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment Support Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications Handle user account creation, password resets, access permissions, and email configurations Diagnose hardware/software faults and escalate complex issues when needed Maintain and monitor IT inventory, systems, and devices Respond to help desk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution according to SLA standards Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, systems, and required software Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately Ensure smooth network connectivity and basic troubleshooting for LAN/Wi-Fi issues Perform routine maintenance and updates for systems and devices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and Outlook Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WANFamiliarity with Active Directory and user management is a plus Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems is preferred Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Good command of English is required
