We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Representative to manage customer inquiries, generate sales through online channels, and support the company’s growth in electronics and IT products, especially laptops and related accessories. Key Responsibilities:Handle and respond to customer inquiries through online platforms (Whats App, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) Promote and sell company products (electronics, laptops, accessories) Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIsUpdate customer records and sales reports accurately Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends Requirements:2 to 4 years of experience in online sales or e-commerce sales Experience in electronics or IT products is preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets Good computer skills and familiarity with social media selling tools Laptop sales experience is a strong advantage Working Conditions:Office-based role (Smouha, Alexandria) Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PMFriday off Compensation & Benefits:Basic Salary + Commission (based on performance) Medical Insurance Social Insurance Growth and career development opportunities
