Role Description Software Developer Technology / Operations General Job Description This position is located in the Technology Department and specializes in the development, maintenance, and support of the Company’s software systems and digital platforms. The Software Developer shall work under the direct supervision of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Technical Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, systems, and digital platforms.• Develop and integrate APIs, payment gateways, and third-party financial services.• Build secure and scalable backend and frontend solutions for the Company’s fintech products and services.• Participate in software architecture planning and system optimization.• Collaborate with management and operational teams to understand business and technical requirements.• Maintain and improve system performance, reliability, and cybersecurity standards.• Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for software applications.• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and development records.• Participate in code reviews and implement software development best practices.• Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of production environments.• Assist in implementing digital innovation initiatives and automation processes.• Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to fintech operations.• Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and confidentiality requirements.• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product teams, and other developers to improve user experience and product functionality.• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and project implementation.• Perform software testing, quality assurance, and system enhancements.• Support cloud infrastructure, databases, and system integrations where required.• Contribute to the development of internal systems, dashboards, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.• Maintain confidentiality of all source code, customer data, financial information, and proprietary Company information.
