The Role:
Seven Brands is seeking a sharp, strategic, and solutions-driven Account Manager to join our Middle East account management team in our Cairo office (located in New Cairo). As the primary liaison between clients and the creative engine of the agency, you’ll play a critical role in translating business objectives into impactful, insight-led campaigns.

Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day client communication, ensuring all projects are delivered on brief, on time, and on budget. Manage an integrated portfolio of projects including ATL, BTL, and digital, maintaining oversight from briefing through to execution. Act as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities for growth and proactively solving challenges. Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. Drive internal momentum and accountability, coordinating timelines, meetings, and progress updates. Prepare and present proposals, timelines, and reports with a keen eye for detail and professionalism. Build and sustain strong, long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent performance. Contribute to new business development by identifying opportunities and participating in pitches. Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in account management or client servicing within a branding or advertising agency. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with agility and composure. Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and cross-channel campaign management. Experience managing B2C and B2B clients; luxury sector experience is a strong plus. Exceptional communication skills; verbal, written, and presentation in both English and Arabic. Skilled at managing both creative talent and client expectations with diplomacy and leadership.
