We are looking for an elite Outdoor B2B Sales Specialist to join our team; someone who possesses the self-confidence of a market leader and the systematic precision of a Swiss watch to lead our expansion in the Alexandria and Cairo markets.
This is not a role for a beginner. We are seeking a "Hunter" with a proven track record of securing high-value contracts and building lasting partnerships with the industry’s most sophisticated players.
The Role: Strategic Outreach & Execution ;Field Mastery & Multi-City Expansion: Conducting high-impact field visits and sales missions to our key target segments:» Interior Design & Architecture Offices » Finishing & Fit-out Firms » Hotels & Hospitality Groups » Real Estate Development Companies Geographic Focus: Actively managing and growing our presence in Alexandria while aggressively penetrating the Cairo market through targeted B2B outreach. Relationship Engineering: Identifying and penetrating key accounts, transforming leads into long-term strategic partners for our bespoke manufacturing solutions. Consultative Selling & Closing: Guiding clients through our product catalog, providing expert advice on materials, customization, and pricing to reach a profitable closing. Physical Portfolio & Sample Management: Effectively presenting physical material samples and finish catalogs during site visits to facilitate immediate design decisions. Sales Pipeline Management: Owning the entire sales process, from the initial field visit or digital inquiry to final payment and delivery coordination. Data-Driven Reporting: Delivering meticulous, high-quality reports on sales pipelines, market feedback (Alexandria & Cairo), and conversion metrics through our CRM/ERP systems. Your reporting must be as sharp as your sales pitch.
What We Are Looking For ;Proven Success Track Record: A minimum of 3-5 years in field-based B2B sales, preferably to be specifically within luxury decor, architectural products, or high-end furniture sectors. Mobility & Inter-City Travel: It's a plus if you already possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license, with a complete readiness for regular travel between Alexandria and Cairo to manage project sites and client meetings. Established Industry Network: A pre-existing network of contacts within the Interior Design, Real Estate Development, and Hotel procurement sectors is highly preferred. Unshakeable Self-Confidence: Comfort in walking into a boardroom of architects, a hotel manager's office, or a busy construction site and commanding immediate respect. The "Hunter" Mentality: You don't wait for leads; you find them. You are self-motivated and obsessed with hitting factory sales goals and market expansion targets. Reporting Excellence: High discipline in documentation and transparency. You understand that reporting is a core part of the sales cycle. Professional Fluency: Excellent communication skills in Arabic and a strong command of English (B2 level or higher).
