At Concentrix, we’re hiring Technical Support Advisors for a Global Telecom Account supporting international customers.
This team was previously internal-only, usually reserved for top-performing agents. For a limited time, we’re opening this opportunity to external candidates.
This is not a typical call center role — you’ll learn real troubleshooting skills and work with global systems.

What you’ll do:• Troubleshoot internet & connectivity issues• Support customers with technical solutions• Develop sales skills through upselling & cross-selling opportunities

Salary & Benefits• Basic Salary: 17,100 EGP• KPIs: 3,550 EGP• Night Allowance: 1,200 EGPTotal package up to 21,850 EGP Gross
Sales Bonus: Up to 40,000 EGP based on performance
