Job description

Hill International is looking for strong professionals with experience in rail or metro construction projects for our projects based in the North Africa region.

Planning and execution of complex design build projects with expertise working for contractors and clients. Developing construction methodologies, plans, policies, procedures for budgets, schedules, operations, document control, and managing these to handover.

Coordinating and managing design, driving design innovation and value-engineering to reduce costs and improve buildability. Expertise in interdisciplinary coordination and integration of railway systems, SCADA, signaling, telecommunication, energy, trackwork, and depot equipment with civil, architectural, and MEP works.

The candidate should hold an MSc degree and be able to demonstrate a minimum of 15 years general experience focused on the transport sector. Previous experience in metro and rail projects in a similar role is a must. The candidate should be highly familiar with civil and railway systems.
