About Us
We are a real estate broker. We serve real estate investors - people developing new homes, buying and improving homes, looking for rental properties and other types of real estate operators.
The Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of our marketing function and run with it. This is not a coordinator role, we need someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and consistently put us in front of real estate investors.
You'll manage our social media presence, build and run email drip campaigns, and develop content that speaks directly to our audience. The CEO is stepping back from day-to-day marketing, so this person needs to be self-directed and comfortable owning results.
What You'll Own
- Manage and grow FAI's presence on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, both organic and paid
- Build, manage, and optimize email drip campaigns to nurture prospects and stay top-of-mind with active leads
- Develop a consistent content calendar that speaks to real estate investors (fix-and-flip, new construction, bridge scenarios)
- Create or coordinate content: short-form posts, deal highlights, educational content, and market commentary
- Track and report on key metrics: engagement, open rates, lead quality, and campaign performance
- Identify new channels and opportunities to reach real estate investors
- Coordinate with leadership on messaging, deal flow updates, and company announcements
What We're Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, ideally in financial services, real estate, or B2B
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
- Solid grasp of Meta Business Suite, organic and paid
- LinkedIn content strategy experience, particularly for B2B or professional audiences
- Strong copywriting skills, you can write like a person, not a press release
- Comfortable working independently in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Ability to pick up industry terminology quickly. You don't need to be a real estate expert on day one, but you need to learn fast
- Analytical mindset, you track what's working and adjust accordingly
Nice to Have
- Prior experience marketing to real estate investors, finance, or banking space
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead pipeline management
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Experience with paid social advertising
What We Offer
- Remote-friendly, flexible work environment
- Direct access to leadership… no bureaucracy, no layers
- Real ownership of a marketing function at a growing niche lender
- Opportunity to grow with the company as we scale
