Job Description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Art Director who leads with ideas and follows through with execution. You will concept, direct, and produce campaign work across brand film, social, digital, and integrated formats for some of the region s most visible brands. This is not a role for someone who waits to be briefed in full.
You will be expected to read a brief, identify the creative opportunity, and start building territories before anyone asks. AI tools are part of your creative process: you use them to think faster, explore wider, and present sharper.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Concepting & Art Direction
Concept and develop integrated creative campaigns from brief to final production: Film, OOH, social, digital, and experiential
Art direct shoots, brand films, and content productions: Brief photographers, directors, and post-production teams with clarity and vision
Develop visual territories and campaign systems that flex across formats
Present and defend creative work to internal leadership and clients
2. Creative Leadership
Mentor and direct junior Art Directors, giving clear and actionable feedback
Work closely with Copywriters and Strategists to keep concept and execution aligned
Contribute to pitch and new business presentations under deadline pressure
Confidence to push back when the work needs protecting
3. AI-Powered Creation
Use AI tools to rapidly generate visual directions, test territories, and build presentation-quality moodboards: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Magnific
Write detailed, intentional AI image prompts that reflect a clear art direction point of view
Integrate AI-generated imagery into client-ready presentations with judgment: Know when to use it raw, when to enhance it, and when to commission the real thing
Use LLMs to stress-test campaign ideas, sharpen narrative structures, and develop copy directions:
Proactively bring new AI capabilities into the team s workflow
4. Speed, Adaptation & Scale
Deliver fast turnarounds for social and performance content
Build full creative presentations territories, headlines, visual system not just individual executions
Localize and adapt work for English and Arabic markets
Maintain quality under pressure across multiple simultaneous briefs

5 7 years as an Art Director in an agency setting
Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking across campaign formats Proven experience art directing brand films, photo shoots, and content productions
GCC / Saudi market understanding
