Demand Generation Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a talented Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team and bring a passion for connecting buyers and brands. In this role you will be responsible for developing the vision and enablement of integrated marketing and sales initiatives, while providing technical expertise and guidance related to lead journey flows. This will mean making recommendations for continual improvements to the customer lifecycle journey across account-based marketing, vertical, and brand campaigns. Since you’re a team player, it will also mean working collaboratively with Creative, Marketing Managers, IT, and Internal Clients to collaborate, identify, design and implement effective, engaging solutions.
Responsibilities: Own the management, strategy, and execution of our paid media programs in close partnership with our agency, including hands‑on oversight across multi‑channel campaigns (e.g., search, social, display, native, retargeting, etc.), with a focus on performance optimization and pipeline impact Lead the strategy, creation, and execution of nurture and drip campaigns across the buyer journey, partnering cross‑functionally to drive lead progression, continuously test and optimize messaging, cadence, and channels, and improve conversion and engagement over time Optimize the lead management process including documentation of campaign execution, leads management, automation, and process flows. Help improve scoring models and lifecycle management for leads by facilitating sales handoff, prioritization, and automated nurture programs Planning, coordination and execution of lead-gen and account-based marketing focused campaigns that enable us to expand awareness of Alorica’s services and products, accelerate our segmentation strategies, dominate the digital landscape, and drive greater personalization that creates demand and fills the funnel Provide the marketing team with the operational support to launch, track, and optimize their programs; build and optimize nurture flows, landing pages, email sequences, and retargeting journeys Stay up-to-date on the latest digital platforms and approaches for analytics and data collection including cookie, third party pixels, etc. in compliance with local and global regulations and requirements Evaluate and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance the digital marketing capabilities of the business
Qualifications: B. A. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field3-5 years experience of digital marketing experience Experience with ABM campaign management and execution Comfortable with key Mar Tech stack: Salesforce, Hub Spot, Demandbase, Google properties, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other A love of staying up on digital trends and making recommendations on how and when to use those technologies to meet our digital needs Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Strong project management experience including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and execute quickly while adhering to best practices in a fast-paced environment Experience in keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques a plus
