Position Information Job Title: Senior Designer Department: Design Reports To: Design Team Leader Location: Cairo Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Job Purpose The Senior Designer is responsible for producing full detailed schematic designs by interpreting concept designs based on client needs and preferences in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities Projects Concept & Design Receive design phase timelines, project scope, client requirements, and start dates from the Design Team Leader. Understand concept designs and gather insights regarding client needs and preferences including:Space layout plans Mood boards Look & feel Preferred colors and materials Budget and special requirements Conduct site visits for assigned projects to better understand the space and apply designs realistically. Develop interior architectural layouts, furniture layouts, and landscape layout alternatives as required. Finalize presentations for client meetings including:Main space designs Furniture layouts Material and color selections Submit finalized designs to the Technical Design Team through the Project Manager for preparation of detailed technical drawings. Coordinate with the Technical Design Team to explain all project details and client requirements. Review lighting designs with the technical team from an application perspective. Apply technical feedback and required modifications after alignment with the Design Team Leader and Project Manager. Provide regular project progress updates to the Design Team Leader.

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Experience5–7 years of experience in the same field. Language Excellent English proficiency. Computer Skills Very good command of design software such as Auto CADVery good command of presentation software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Power Point, and Excel Very good command of Microsoft Office applications
