Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in El Zahraa for an Urban Landscape Architect / Senior Engineer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and planning urban landscapes, developing site layouts, supervising the construction of landscape projects, and ensuring compliance with environmental and urban planning regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting site analyses, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and preparing project presentations and reports.
Qualifications
Proficiency in landscape architecture design, urban planning, and site development Experience with Auto CAD, GIS, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software Project management skills, including the ability to oversee budgets, timelines, and deliverables Knowledge of local environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and urban development standards Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and innovative thinking Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field Prior experience in urban landscape architecture or similar roles preferred
