Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Manager with experience in the construction industry. The position is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Financial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will ensure efficient financial planning, evaluate financial risks, monitor compliance with applicable laws and standards, and provide strategic recommendations to support business growth. Additionally, the Financial Manager will collaborate with various stakeholders, manage project budgets, and optimize resource allocation for construction-related projects.

Qualifications

Financial expertise including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control Experience in financial planning, risk assessment, and compliance with financial regulations Proficiency in project management and managing budgets for construction/real estate projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Familiarity with auditing, tax compliance, and financial reporting Effective communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (CMA, CPA, or CFA) is preferred Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced Excel skills are a plus Experience in the construction industry is a must Proven ability to work in dynamic environments and meet project deadlines
