Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Financial Manager at FETRA INTEGRITY, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Financial Manager will oversee and manage financial operations for the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Core responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, preparing detailed financial reports, overseeing tax planning and compliance, and leading financial audits. The role also involves managing financial risks, providing strategic recommendations for growth, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to enhance profitability.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in financial reporting and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements Experience with tax planning, auditing, and risk management Understanding of strategic financial planning specific to real estate or project management sectors Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities Advanced skills in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, and other financial analysis tools) A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field (a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus) Experience in the real estate or project management industry is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
