About the role:The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving and managing daily sales operations across all sales channels, including Key Accounts, Modern Trade, and HoReCa. This role ensures the achievement of national sales targets, enhances market presence, and strengthens customer relationships while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives
Responsibilities:Oversee and manage daily sales activities nationwide across all channels: Key Accounts, Modern Trade, and HoReCa. Ensure efficient execution of sales plans and operational excellence. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying gaps and taking corrective actions. Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for: Key Accounts (major clients and corporate customers) Modern Trade (retail chains, supermarkets, hypermarkets) HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) Ensure optimal channel mix to maximize revenue and market coverage. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas. Implement initiatives to increase sales volume, profitability, and market share. Lead, coach, and motivate the national sales team. Set clear KPIs and performance expectations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide development plans. Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to the Sales Director. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment. Support product launches, promotional activities, and pricing strategies. Ensure availability and proper distribution of products across all channels. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales standards. Optimize sales processes and tools for improved efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in sales and marketing can be advantageous “MBA is highly preferred". Minimum 10–15 years of experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role. Strong experience in Key Accounts, Modern Trade, and HoReCa channels. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Strategic planning and execution capabilities. Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships. Excellent computer and Microsoft office skills
