Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential and current customers to promote and sell the company’s courses. The daily tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, answering inquiries, offering customer support, managing client communications, and maintaining thorough documentation of sales and service-related interactions. The representative will collaborate with the training team to stay informed about course offerings and updates.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Customer Service and Customer Support experience to foster strong relationships and resolve queries efficiently. Strong Sales and outbound calling skills to promote courses and close enrollment opportunities. Ability and willingness to collaborate with Training teams to develop client-focused sales approaches. Highly organized with time management skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records. A positive, results-oriented attitude and the ability to work confidently in an on-site setting. Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role is preferred.
