Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Manager at Sarwa Life Insurance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. They will develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The role also includes preparing sales reports, forecasting, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction by addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills Proven sales expertise, including experience in relationship-building and client engagement Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet targets Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics and preparing reports Familiarity with the insurance industry is highly advantageous Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Fluency in English and Arabic
