The Opportunity:
VEXA is a high-vision Pre-launch developer.
While our Operations & Management HQ is based in Hurghada, our first wave of landmark developments is strategically located in Port Ghalib, Marsa Alam.

We are not looking for a traditional manager. We need a Founding Leader who understands that selling a new, emerging destination requires a different caliber of expertise—someone who can sell the future, not just the square meter.

The Mission:
Destination Branding: Position Port Ghalib as the Red Sea’s next global investment frontier to international markets.
Global Property Export: Activate a tier-1 network of international brokers to drive foreign currency investment.

Multi-Site Operations: Lead the headquarters in Hurghada while overseeing sales offices and events at our project sites in Port Ghalib.

Strategic Design: Work with the Chairman on pricing models and payment plans tailored for an early-entry high-growth market.
Elite Recruitment: Build a Special Forces team capable of handling sophisticated global investors.

Candidate Profile:
12-15 Years in Real Estate (Min. 5 years in Tier-1 leadership).

The "Specialist" Edge: Proven track record in Property Export and selling emerging/new destinations where others see challenges.
Network: An active, global portfolio of brokerage firms and family offices.
Mindset: An entrepreneurial strategist who thrives in the "Pre-launch" phase.
