Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Broker/Agent. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing property listings, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on market trends and ensuring compliance with regulations are also vital components of the role.
Qualifications Active Real Estate License and thorough knowledge of Real Estate laws and regulations Proven skills in Sales and ability to close deals effectively Experience in Real Property and Market Analysis Strong Customer Service skills to cater to diverse client needs Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle Proficiency with property management software and CRM tools is a plus Ability to work independently while achieving team-driven objectives Knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
